About Us
In 2007, Dean Allen and Sam Holloman decided to start a Festiva meet. Both had previous interests and eventually discovered the Ford Festiva. They enjoyed working on their cars so much, they called the addiction a madness.... thus Festiva Madness was born!
They came up with the idea of trying to find other Festiva owners to see if they would like to create a car meet in the Raleigh, NC area. So they placed an ad on craigslist calling for any Festiva or Aspire owners to join! The rest is history!
We meet annually on the first Saturday of October and unofficially meet throughout the year.
There are also other meets during the year at various locations in NC and the rest of the United States.
Those who knew Dean will tell you that he had a charismatic way about him. He loved to "tinker" and became the NC go-to-guy for Festiva help. Dean passed away in March 2010 and left many loving family members and friends behind.
It is our goal to unite all of Dean's admiration for the Festiva and Aspire into one unified website. So if you come across an email address, telephone number or website for Dean that is no longer working, look no further because all of that info is here!
